Job Description:

 Join our team of successful and supportive clinicians providing behavior analysis services in the Central Florida area. We value the team approach and our clinicians are driven to help their co-workers to provide the best quality services. Located in Leesburg, we currently provide school-based (private-school setting), in-home, and clinic-based behavior analysis services in Lake, Sumter, and Orange counties, but are looking forward to our expansion of these services in Marion, Hernando and Citrus counties in the near future.

Job responsibilities include: conducting behavioral assessments, including verbal behavior assessments and functional assessments; writing behavior plans that target specific improvement, such as social skills, verbal behavior, increased independence, decreasing problem behavior, etc.; providing 1:1 community and clinic-based services to children and adults; staff or parent training; communication with parents/guardians/team members regarding progress and treatment planning; participation in the Local Review process; keeping accurate data, progress notes and logs of service. A positive attitude, high standard of ethics, and a reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in related field

• BCaBA Certification

• Medicaid Credentialed (preferred)
