Nicole Young received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. She is the proud mother of two grown children and has over 8 years of experience in the application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) working with children with special needs and learning disabilities in homes and in schools.
Syntyche Jennings is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst with 15 years of experience working in with autistic individuals, Neurodiversity initiatives, autistic individuals, and (people with disabilities) PwD. Syntyche has a Bachelors's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and is finishing a Masters's project in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Syntyche is inspired by a passionate disposition toward diversity, inclusion, and equality and this is reflected in her work experience with neurodiverse individuals.
Mrs. Randi Connelly earned her bachelor's degree in early childhood education and a Master's degree in special education specializing in ABA. She is a certified teacher and RBT with over 8 years of experience working with children with special needs. She aspires to become a BCBA in the spring of 2021.
Hi, my name is Ali C. I am a certified behavioral technician. I graduated with honors from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor's of Science degree in psychology with a concentration in child psychology. I have been working with individuals with special needs for over 8 years. I have been with Better Life for almost 3 years. Prior to that, I was a child welfare case manager. During my free time, I enjoy watching movies, TV, playing guitar, and thrift store hunting.
My name is Brittany, I am an RBT. I am married and Have 2 children. I have been working with children for over 16 years and I have been in the mental health field for almost 3 years. I absolutely love children and seeing all the progress these kiddos make.
Miss Hope received her Bachelor's of Science in Neuropsychology from UCF. She is currently enrolled in a Master's BCBA program to continue her passion in the ABA field. Miss Hope will be the Physical Education teacher this year and will help implement and educate personal fitness and a healthy lifestyle among the students.
Miss Kami received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Miss Kami has 4 years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician. Miss Kami’s hobbies include going to the beach, watching movies, and reading.
Ms. Trish has over 25 years of experience working with adults and children with special needs. She a Registered Behavior Technician and enjoys working with students.
Mr. John Castro has his Bachelor's in Psychology and his Associates in Occupational Therapy. Mr. John has over 10 years in school experience working with children with special needs and learning disabilities
