Job Description:

Better Life Behavioral Services of Central Florida is looking for behavior technicians to join our team of successful clinicians providing behavior analysis services in the Central Florida area. Located in Leesburg, we currently provide in-home and clinic-based behavior analysis services in Lake and Orange counties but are looking forward to our expansion of these services in Marion, Hernando, Citrus and Sumter counties in the near future.

Job responsibilities include: conduct one-on-one therapy and small group therapy with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); implement treatment plans created by a BCBA; help develop functional treatment techniques based on the outlined goals in the treatment plan; collect data according to the treatment plan and continuously report data findings to his/her supervisor; prepare and gather stimuli used during treatment sessions; assist with parent training; collaborate with clients, parents, teachers, and all involved with treatment to expand upon the client’s needs and progress; participate in discussions with other team members to review the current progress of clients; keep continual and accurate progress notes and logs of service. A positive attitude, a high standard of ethics and a reliable vehicle are required. A supportive work environment is guaranteed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• 2 Years Experience in the Field

• RBT Certification (preferred)

• Medicaid Credentialed (preferred)
