Teacher’s Assistant (TA)
Job Description:
The Teacher's Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a positive and enriching learning environment for students. They assist in various aspects of classroom management and instructional support to ensure effective delivery of educational programs.Key Responsibilities:
Classroom Support:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students to reinforce learning concepts.
 - Help maintain a well-organized and conducive learning environment.
 
Student Interaction:
- Supervise and monitor students during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
 - Assist students with their assignments and projects, offering guidance and clarification as needed.
 - Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their participation and engagement in class.
 
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
 - Work closely with clinical staff to support student development.
 
Professional Development:
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities as required.
 
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
 - Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
 - Bilingual proficiency is a plus
 - Skills:
- Knowledge of basic educational and developmental principles.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 - Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students with unique abilities.
